I live in Okanagan and found that Nature’s Fare sells pure hyaluronic acid serum (Episilk) in a darkened 30ml bottle. It’s pretty expensive at $ 74.99 + tax, but the good news is that a little bit helps a lot. I’m using Vita Bio Brightening in a thick 25ml bottle for $ 34.99. Again, a little bit helps.
Vitamin C serum includes sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, argan oil, sweet almond oil cold press, avocado oil, Vit E, rose hip oil, evening primrose oil, vanilla praniphilia oil, lavender Angastifilia oil, angelica. It also contains daflica and mandarin oil.

Make peanut butter chia pudding with blackberry jam
When I make this pudding, it’s a two-step process. However, both steps are so fast and simple that I don’t care at all.
First, make blackberry jam. It’s a super simple jam with only 3 ingredients and can be made in just 5 minutes. Boil blackberries in orange juice and add chia seeds to thicken them.
Divide the jam into small containers and put them in the refrigerator to make pudding. I usually use several different sized containers. I use some small 4 ounce jars for small eaters and snacks and large 6 or 8 ounce jars for big eaters and breakfast. The number of puddings made with this recipe depends on the size of the jar used. When I use a 4 ounce jar, I get about 8 individual puddings.
To make pudding, just add milk and peanut butter ( Nut butter I like you), and maple syrup in a blender. Then add the chia seeds, give some pulses to mix them and pour the mixture over the jam.
Note that the chia seeds quickly sink to the bottom of the blender. You may need to scoop them up with a spoon and gently stir them into the pudding layer of the serving jar.
Use of alternative milk
I have tried various plant and nut milks and animal milks (Camel milk!! ). Due to the prevalence of lactose intolerance and the questionable health value of milk, there are many options.

Mix blackberries and orange juice in a small saucepan.
Boil over medium heat.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add chia seeds and stir.
Divide into individual serving cups and cool while making pudding.
To make chia seed pudding:
In a blender, mix milk, maple syrup and peanut butter.
Blend until combined.
Add chia seeds and pulse several times.
Pour blackberry jam into a serving cup and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Many chia seeds quickly sink to the bottom of the blender. After scooping it with a spoon and pouring it over the jam, you may need to gently stir it into a layer of pudding. I used a small 4 ounce jar to make 8 snack size puddings for this recipe. If you need a larger meal size pudding, you’ll probably only get about four.

Do you have virgin coconut oil? You can replace shea butter and liquid carrier oil (such as sweet almonds and olive oil) in equal amounts.
Apricot kernel oil
This isn’t the oil I use as often as coconut oil, but I really like it in this DIY stretch mark ointment recipe. Apricot kernel oil is high in antioxidant vitamin E and supports the skin’s protective barrier. A light and fast-absorbing oil that contains a lot of linoleic acid, nourishes the skin.
If you don’t have apricot kernel oil, you can also use sweet almond oil or grape seed.
Shea butter and cocoa butter

If you are only using shea butter, a small amount of beeswax will help harden your homemade stretch mark cream.
Rosehip seed oil
Some might say that wrinkles are better than Botox, but rosehip seed oil is also great for stretch marks. Rosehip seed oil is very rich in vitamins A, C and E to promote the formation of healthy collagen and skin cells. Being slightly dry, it helps balance the heavy feel of this stretch mark ointment butter and coconut oil.
Calendula and ginger

Homemade stretch mark cream
This ointment is designed to keep the skin supple to accommodate the growing abdomen and relieve pregnancy-related skin inflammation. It’s so easy to make that you can even remember the recipe when you have a placental brain. It can be whisked to make the lotion consistent, which is basically body butter.
Rich, luxurious and not too heavy, this stretch mark cream helps prevent fading and marks.
Add coconut oil, calendula and ginger to the top of the double boiler. Heat the water below to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain the herbs. If you are not using herbs, skip this step.
Add cocoa butter and shea butter to the top of the double boiler. Heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a metal can or glass jar and place in the refrigerator to cool. This fast cooling time helps prevent shea butter from becoming grainy and beaded.
For the whipped version, pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and place it in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until it hardens, but does not freeze. Whisk with a mixer whisk attachment and store in a glass jar.
Shelf life and storage: It should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and light. If properly stored, salvage should last about a year, if not more.

I enjoy the taste of various Asian dishes. I had been eating Chinese food for a while, but after that I switched to Indian food and started to speak Japanese a little. What is Gochujang?
Gochujang is a seasoning. A red paste made from Korean peppers that has all the flavors. It’s fragrant, a little sweet, and has a great heat kick (but not too many!).
Gochujang paste has many uses in Korean food. As far as I know, it is added to soups and stews, hung on a bowl, used as a rubbing of meat and agitated in stir fry.
I like to use it as a sauce. Honey, sesame oil, and coconut amino may be added to make a wing sauce. Alternatively, mix it with mayonnaise to make a dip sauce or hamburger topping. The recipe is coming soon!

My gochujang paste recipe is gluten-free and has a sweet, savory, slightly spicy taste of gochujang paste in the store.
So, to make gochujang paste, blend white miso, gochujang flakes, honey or maple syrup, coconut amino, rice vinegar, garlic and onion powder. One day, when I ran out of fresh strawberries and spinach in my yard, I went to a local farmer’s market and found a new vendor selling homemade raw grass-fed cheese. Yes, please! I decided to give it a try … because it’s cheese!
I haven’t used feta cheese much before and didn’t know what to do. However, when in doubt, I thought I would throw it in a salad. So I did. And it was delicious.
Do you need salad dressing?
In my opinion, the bright and fresh flavors are very helpful for this salad, so only a small drop of olive oil is needed. Not all my family agree.
